Neuro-endocrine mechanism of specific balneoeffects of sulfate-chloride sodium-magnesium mineral waters

Background. Earlier we showed that the newly created sulfate-chloride sodium-magnesium drinking mineral waters “Myroslava” (5 g/L) and “Khrystyna” (10 have favorable effects on neuroendocrine-immune complex metabolism of patients with their violations. At same time, influence both one constellation parameters is similar, despite twofold difference in mineralization, while other it different. The aim this study was to elucidate neuroendocrine mechanism specific effects. Materials Methods. object clinical-physiological observation were 22 men aged 23-70 years, who underwent rehabilitation treatment chronic pyelonephritis cholecystitis remission Truskavets’ spa. examination performed twice, before after a 7-10-day course balneotherapy. All received bioactive water Naftussya, however, 11 additionally drank "Khrystyna", - "Myroslava". subject metabolism. Results. method canonical analysis shows changes factors (LF VLF bands HRV; beta- delta-rhythm-generating nerve structures, cortisol aldosterone determine immunity, microbiota, cholekinetics by 99,5-98,6%. Conclusion. primary are modulation activity structures central autonomic nervous endocrine systems, which, turn, regulatory modulating effect immune system, metabolism, blood pressure.
